Dr AJ spent an enjoyable day yesterday at the Your Business Expo, which was held at The Ridgeway Centre in Milton Keynes.
Lots of interesting people to speak to, and lots of businesses to connect with who share our passion to support wellbeing in the workplace from both a physical and mental health perspective. And it was lovely to bump into Natalie Murray and Sarah Wood from Elite in a Week, whose branding and web developing skills (respectively) have brought the White Dog website to life!
