As the big day fast approaches, we want to thank everyone who has supported us this year, and hope you have a happy – and restorative – festive break!
Courses will commence again in the new year. Emails and messages will be checked periodically over the Christmas period, so please allow more time for any specific requests.
Make sure that you look after your well-being at a time that can be difficult for many. Don’t forget the wonderful organisations that are available 24/7 365 days a year if you need someone to talk to – including Samaritans, CALM, and Papyrus.
