This week has seen the Mental Health Foundation‘s annual Mental Health Awareness Week, with a theme this year of ” connect with nature”. Dr Yates has been sharing images all week via AJMH Limited’s social media links of times when being in nature has supported his well-being. But supporting mental health shouldn’t be limited to just one week a year – make sure that you regularly find time to open the tap on your “stress container” (and being out in nature is one great way of doing so!)
