AJ had a lovely day yesterday teaching the staff from M&M Supplies Emergency First Aid at Work, in conjunction with the Milton Keynes Safety Centre.
Although the topics are not always easy to think about, everyone had a fun day and came away feeling a lot more confident in their ability to cope if their skills are called upon.
